This Beautiful 2200 sq ft Farmhouse sits on 1 1/2 acres of protected watershed land in the middle of the Catskills National Park and has a seasonal stream running through. Located in Bearsville between Woodstock and Phoenicia. 
It offers a large Living room dining room area with 3 sofas to lounge on or read, watch Movies with a big sound system or play the provided boardgames. 
The Dining Table can accomodate from 6 to 10 people. The kitchen has a large breakfast area and all the tools and utensils you need. 

The stairs to the second floor lead to 2 separate suites. 

Suite one has one room with a 1 King Size Bed. A room with two single beds. A small TV room. And a full Bathroom with Tub and Shower.

Suite two. Has a large room with a European queen size bed with a Natural Latex Matress and a quiet AC. A work table for a laptop. A room with 1 single bed and a toddlers bed. A separate Bathroom with a Tub/Shower.

Each Suite has its own door for extra privacy. Linens and Towels are provided.

In the warmer month, you can take advantage of the expansive backyard entertainment area. Grill. Sun. Play soccer or or visit the organic garden. (occasionally planted with veggies) 

The property is completely fenced in and has a whole house generator in case of power outages. Although immersed in nature due to the proximity to the road, power is usually restored quickly.
